"We have Painless and Non-surgical Approaches to Chronic Pain Control !
You can get pain relief now without dangerous surgical procedures !"
Please read our disclaimer at least once before proceeding on this web site.
You simply don't have to suffer with chronic pain because your medical doctors and surgeons tell you to "...live with it."
Yes, you can have adequate or excellent pain relief here without surgery or un-necessary and potentially dangerous nerve blocks - thus avoiding the usual "block-shops" as has been coined by one of my patients.
Chronic pain is a complex syndrome that can affect any one of us. So, why not try less dangerous procedures first, before moving onto the needles and surgery.
In most cases however, we help patients by customizing their chronic pain management and offer other medical therapies in order to help reduce chronic intractable pains, yet avoid any over-sedation.
Basically, chronic pain usual involves many levels of the nervous system and may also result in many psychological effects as well. Chronic pain can also be worsened, or be a result of, other psychological stressors of the past or the stress of functioning in modern day society.
I think you will find some interesting and informative materials on this web site that may help you finally find adequate pain relief.
Feel free to make one copy of items herein to take to your local primary or local pain doctor, or you are always welcome to contact me at doctorgatell@msn.com .
I do help patients in severe chronic pain locally and from all areas of the United States. So, you may also call to set up an appointment to visit me just 21 miles south of Atlanta and the International Atlanta Airport, in Peachtree City, Georgia.
We are open Mondays thru Fridays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm: you can call 770-632-2770 for an appointment after obtaining a referral from your primary care doctor.
So, don't be called a "drug-addict" anymore because some doctors are not adequately treating your severe chronic pain - a condition I call iatrogenic pseudo-addiction or doctor-caused and a false-appearing addiction because patients are made to seek drugs from many sources because of inadequate care - a very dangerous situation for patients.
I get patients with severe chronic pain better after years of suffering with my very personalized approach and without any un-necessary and dangerous procedures - see the my results by clicking the menu item "Our Shining Stars!"
Unfortunately, many physicians and other health care professionals, can not help their patients with chronic pain, and basically abandon them, because of the confusion regarding addiction, physical drug tolerance and physical withdrawal from narcotics: Please see definitions and guidelines of the American Society of Addiction Medicine at www.asam.org .
If you do have addiction problems and chronic pain, then there are alternative treatments with pain medicines or Outpatient Buprenorphine Detoxification is also available. Buprenorphine is a narcotic that can also help with chronic pain, but much less addicting. So, patients in chronic pain can be maintained on Buprenorphine as well.
I believe in President Harry Truman's saying "...the buck stops here..." with my medical pain management !
And, all new patients will need a primary care physician and medical records before their first visit !
Direct referral by your primary care doctor can be fax to 770-632-2885, followed by a call from you for an appointment at 770-632-2770.
Also, please read and complete the on-line pre-consult form to save some time before the first visit.
Remember, you don't have to suffer anymore!
May God Bless you and your family, forever !
Sincerely yours,
John A. Gatell, MD

· Video Case 3: A Call From The South with Miss Mary, Doctor Atlanta and G_d ! : "Just Help One Somebody !"(File size 31.8 MB - worth downloading) : This is a testimonial of a innocent 49 year old Afro-American female with severe fibromyalgia causing severe chronic generalized pains. Her chronic pain was stable on a dose of OxyContin 80 mg three times a day for approximately 2 years. This pain relief allowed her walk again and function on a daily basis. Then, her new local "pain specialist" stopped her narcotic therapy suddenly for some paranoid fear of an anticipated "class action suit" against Purdue Pharmaceutical, Inc. Out of desperation, the patient attempted suicide, but was rescued by her daughter and G_d ! lronically, Miss Mary once stood up to the real drug addicts in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and she made the local news ! Me thinks we can all learn from Miss Atlanta Mary, sent to us for this special purpose ! She is a on mission of the Truth, the Word and to help save patients in severe chronic pain !
