Dr. Gatell's Official Autobiography !

Dear Friends,

    I decided to have a little fun writing an autobiographical  account of my life around family pictures and old memories. 

    I thought it would fun for others to read and to celebrate with me on how lucky we are to be alive - no matter how gloomy it may seem sometimes.   

    It is said that we all have a book inside each one of us. 

    It is also said that it is also very healthy to share with one another our past and present life experiences. I believe this can help us grow healthier in our well being - physically, mentally and spiritually.
