It's a pain in the neck,

Shoulders, back, legs and knees,

It's Fibromyalgia,

The invisible disease!

It's pain in the morning,

Noon and at night.

Your muscles ache and burn,

And protrude from being tight.

It's IBS, and sleepless nights,

It's days when nothing seems to go right,

It won't allow us to dance or jog,

And leaves us in a mental Fog.

It's a twitch here and there,

It leaves us with no energy to spare.

Though it's not seen with the naked eye,

It's pain so real it makes us cry.

Anyone who doesn't know,

From experiancing it themselves,

Cannot possibly imagine,

What we go through with this FMS hell.

So if you know someone

With this painful disease,

Try to understand,

And be kind to them please.
